1. KVEPM Boiler (Electric Cooking Boiler Turning Over with Product Stirrer Capacity 80 liters)
• Volume: 80 l
• Amount of kneaded confectionery mass (seeds, peanuts, sesame): 20-25kg
• Material of container and stirrer: food grade stainless steel
• Number of mixers: 1
• Cooking time for caramel including kneading: 15-20 minutes
• Number of heating zones: two (wall, bottom)
