Automatic packaging machine with stretch technology, Automac 75 has been designed with the aim of providing the best performance in terms of reliability, speed (up to 75 ppm, with parameter adjustable according to specific requests of the production) and appearance of the product. It is therefore ideal for fresh and fresh food packaging centers that require high hourly productivity.
Automac 75 can package any food compatible with stretch technology and neutral or printed film, with a speed regulation suitable for the application: white and red meat, pork meat, fish, cheese, fruit, vegetables… Automac 75’s power consumption and mechanical wear and tear are drastically reduced thanks to the automatic locking system of all operations when the trays are not present on the power supply or arrive intermittently,that allows to reduce maintenance and increase savings and environmental sustainability of production.
Automac 75 provides maximum results in combination with Gruppo Fabbri’s neutral or printed films, but can boast excellent performance even with the films of all major manufacturers on the market.
Automac 75 also guarantees the packaging of each type of tray regardless of the following parameters:
- Material (expanded polystyrene trays, rigid, vegetable or compostable)
- Shape and dimensions (small catering trays or large trays)
- Colour (coloured or transparent trays)
The product is packaged with particular attention to the closure in the lower part of the tray: the welding tape at the outlet has been designed to optimize the welding of the film carefully avoiding the overheating of the tray and the product.

Er ist daher ideal für Verpackungszentren für frische und frische Lebensmittel, die eine hohe Stundenproduktivität erfordern.
Automac 75 kann alle Lebensmittel verpacken, die mit der Stretchtechnologie und neutraler oder bedruckter Folie kompatibel sind, mit einer für die Anwendung geeigneten Geschwindigkeitsregulierung: weißes und rotes Fleisch, Schweinefleisch, Fisch, Käse, Obst, Gemüse... Der Stromverbrauch und der mechanische Verschleiß von Automac 75 werden dank des automatischen Verriegelungssystems aller Vorgänge drastisch reduziert, wenn die Schalen nicht an der Stromversorgung anliegen oder intermittierend ankommen, wodurch die Wartung reduziert und die Einsparungen und die Umweltverträglichkeit der Produktion erhöht werden können.

Hij is daarom ideaal voor verpakkingscentra voor verswaren en verse voedingsmiddelen die een hoge productiviteit per uur vereisen.
Automac 75 kan elk voedingsmiddel verpakken dat compatibel is met stretchtechnologie en neutrale of bedrukte folie, met een snelheidsregeling die geschikt is voor de toepassing: wit en rood vlees, varkensvlees, vis, kaas, fruit, groenten... Het stroomverbruik en de mechanische slijtage van Automac 75 worden drastisch verminderd dankzij het automatische vergrendelingssysteem van alle bewerkingen wanneer de trays niet aanwezig zijn op de voeding of met tussenpozen aankomen, waardoor het onderhoud kan worden verminderd en de besparingen en milieuduurzaamheid van de productie toenemen.
Automac 75 levert maximale resultaten in combinatie met neutrale of bedrukte folies van Gruppo Fabbri, maar kan ook bogen op uitstekende prestaties met folies van alle grote fabrikanten op de markt.
