The multifunctional belt slicer allows users to cut virtually all kinds of food: salad leaves, vegetables, fruit, herbs, meat, cooked meat, fish, vegan substitutes, baked goods, cheese and nuts. This makes it ideal for an extremely wide range of applications and sectors. Depending on the product and cutting type, the GS 10-2 processes up to 1,500 kg of product per hour. Prior to processing, the right knife for the product is installed; no tools are required for this purpose. Thecutting thickness is infinitely adjustable from 0.5 to 50 mm. The hold-down pressure and the knife and
belt speed are then set. The product is prepared forcutting, e.g. cored, peeled or segmented, before being placed on the 125 mm-wide infeed belt depending on the cut intended. Next, it is cut precisely and gently thanks to precise hold-down technology and product guidance. As standard, the cut product can be ejected underneath the knife box, for example into a spin basket or a Euro crate. It can be optionally conveyed via a discharge belt forfurther processing, for example when the GS 10 is integrated into a processing line.

Diese multifunktionale Schneidemaschine verarbeitet nahezu alle Lebensmittelarten: Salatblätter, Gemüse, Obst, Kräuter, Fleisch, gegartes Fleisch, Fisch, vegane Alternativen, Backwaren, Käse und Nüsse. Je nach Produkt und Schnittart schafft die GS 10 eine Leistung von bis zu 1.500 kg pro Stunde und ist damit ideal für viele Branchen.
Die Messer lassen sich werkzeuglos austauschen und die Schnittstärke ist stufenlos von 0,5 bis 50 mm einstellbar. Anpressdruck sowie Messer- und Bandgeschwindigkeit werden produktabhängig eingestellt. Das vorbereitete Produkt wird auf das 125 mm breite Einlaufband gelegt und anschließend präzise und schonend geschnitten. Das geschnittene Produkt wird standardmäßig unter dem Messergehäuse ausgeworfen oder optional über ein Förderband zur Weiterverarbeitung transportiert.

De GS 10 is een krachtige bandensnijmachine voor het snijden, raspen, versnipperen en in blokjes snijden van een breed scala aan voedingsmiddelen. Uitgerust met één mes, biedt het een ongekende veelzijdigheid voor professionele voedselverwerking.
Deze multifunctionele snijmachine kan vrijwel elk soort voedsel verwerken: slabladeren, groenten, fruit, kruiden, vlees, gaar vlees, vis, veganistische alternatieven, bakwaren, kaas en noten. Afhankelijk van het product en de snijwijze kan de GS 10 tot 1.500 kg per uur verwerken, wat hem geschikt maakt voor uiteenlopende sectoren.
Het wisselen van messen kan zonder gereedschap en de snijdikte is traploos instelbaar van 0,5 tot 50 mm. Druk, messen- en bandsnelheid zijn instelbaar op het product.
