The AR-Tech company presents to your attention our new development - the pulping machine for fruits and vegetables RM 600, with a nominal capacity of 1200 kg/hour.
Pulpers are used to separate blanched or crushed fruits into two fractions: liquid with small particles of pulp and solid (pits, seeds, peel, stalks). The pulping process consists in forcing the product through the holes in the perforated drum under the action of centrifugal force, which occurs when the rotor with whips rotates in the drum.
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, mounted on 4 wheels with brakes; has a loading hopper with an auger and a safety grate; three-phase motor, rotating shaft with special adjustable plates; the inner basket (sieve) is made with different openings to adapt to different fruits. Includes one sieve of your choice.
Sieves: 10 mm - peach; 8mm - apricot; 6mm - plum; 3mm - cherry, apple; 1mm - berries, cleaning the puree from the skins, after rubbing on sieves with large holes.
