This automatic angle steel grinding machine is professional equipment developed for surface treatment of long metal profiles. It is widely used in steel structure engineering, hardware manufacturing, metal decoration, electroplating and spray pretreatment industries.
The machine is mainly used for angle steel, and also compatible with square tubes, flat steel, channel steel and other long profiles. It can finish four-sided synchronous grinding in one pass, efficiently removing rust, oxide scale, welding slag and burrs on workpiece surfaces. It can also realize surface wire drawing and matte polishing processes.
Adopting a set of precision grinding wheels, the feeding system supports stepless speed regulation. You can adjust the feeding speed freely according to workpiece material and grinding process. Multiple red adjusting handwheels are installed on the side of the machine body, which is easy to operate. It can quickly adjust the grinding clearance to adapt to angle steel and profiles of 20–120mm specifications. The whole machine adopts closed sheet metal cabinet structure, sturdy and shock-resistant, stable operation and effectively reduces grinding noise.
The machine is reserved with a standard dust removal port, which can be connected with dust collector to collect grinding dust, improve workshop environment and meet environmental protection requirements. Equipped with an independent electric control panel, it integrates start, stop and speed control functions. Easy to operate, ordinary workers can operate after simple training. It greatly replaces traditional manual hand grinding, improves production efficiency and reduces labor cost, and ensures uniform and consistent grinding effect on four sides of profiles.
